Located in Jupiter Florida, Tiger Woods’s massive waterfront property includes a 9,729 square foot house. This house features 3 bedroom suites along with the large master bedroom, a wine cellar, and a games room in the basement.
The 12-acre athlete inspired property has a 3.5-acre golf course, a 100-foot lap pool, a 60-foot diving pool, a spa, and a basketball/tennis court combo. There are 4 additional buildings on the property that include a boathouse, a golf practice facility, a garage, and a spacious guesthouse.
Woods purchased the property in 2007 for $44.5 million and tore down the original Caribbean style home to build this innovative and modernized mansion. The property is now estimated to be worth somewhere around $60 million USD.

Over the years this 123-room French château-style home coined “The Spelling Manor” has been on and off the market with the highest listing price being $200 Million.
Petra hired designer Gavin Brodin to overhaul many of the Spellings’ somewhat quirky features and give the dated interior a more contemporary feel. some of the Improvements include the addition of a gym, a wine cellar with a tasting room, a beauty salon with massage area, and refreshed the two-lane bowling alley.
