50 Cent Sells his Connecticut Mansion and Donates the Money to Charity
After being on and off the market for over a decade, Curtis James Jackson III — famously known as 50 Cent has recently sold his mansion for 2.9 million dollars. He originally purchased the estate from Mike Tyson for $4.1 million in 2003 and spent approximately $6 million in improvements.
The enormous 50,000 sqft Connecticut mansion sits on 17 acres and has a whopping 19 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms. Other features inside of this impressive estate include an indoor pool, state-of-the-art night club, indoor basketball court, multiple game rooms, recording studio, complete workout gym, conference room, and a home theater. Outside, the property features a large pool, grotto, pond, b-ball court, guesthouses and exquisitely maintained gardens.
The best part of this sale is that all proceeds will be donated to the G-Unity Foundation, which focuses on helping to improve the lifestyles and opportunities for underserved and low-income communities across the U.S.
