Pop Goddess ‘Cher’ Sells Her L.A. Home
The goddess of pop has recently sold her charming four-bedroom Tudor home in Beverly Hills, for a reported $2,075,000 USD. While the real estate deal was closed early this year, the newest owners name will remain a secret until a change in ownership is recorded. Cher originally purchased the home from Modern Family star Ed O’Neill back in 2013, for a reported $2,125,000 USD.
Built in 1957, Cher’s former country style home is just over 3,000 square feet and sits on a half-acre lot. Beautifully surrounded by mountains and secluded on the end of the street, the home is perfect for someone who wants privacy. The undeveloped land surrounding the home gives a feeling of being close to nature and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The well-maintained property has lush gardens, a koi pool, and a meditation area which is a must for busy celebrities looking to relax the mind.
Inside, the house features high ceiling, reclaimed hardwood floor, French windows, and exposed ceiling beams. The second floor of the house has wrap around balcony, giving the house a very open and zen-like vibe. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or having a glass of wine in the evening.
The master bedroom located on the second floor boasts two fireplaces, a massive en-suite bathroom with skylight, a super roomy walk-in closet and a private deck with a spa. Cher’s bold personal touches are also clearly visible throughout the house with an elegant mixture of bold and beautiful styling.
